Ingredients:
Garlic
Rosemary
Sage
Butter
Toma cheese
250g Tagliatelle egg Pasta
30g Summer Truffle
Preparation:
Cook the tagliatelle egg pasta. Drain the pasta, place it in the saucepan and toss with melted butter, chopped garlic and minced rosemary and sage. Finally crumble the Toma cheese on top and add the minced Summer Truffle; toss again until all the ingredients are well combined.
