Description
Bianchetto Truffle also known as “Marzuolo” ( March in Italian), is often confused with the more expensive White Truffle, although has a little more of a garlicky bite and when it matures becomes darker. There is a big demand of this kind of truffle, it is available in much greater quantities and at lower price than white one. It has a quite strong taste that recalls garlic notes, but pleasant if used in moderate quantities. It can be cooked in the same way as the White Truffle. For more information visit our Blog.
