Main Course
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps. butter
1 cup cream
4 fillets of beef meat
1 Tbsp. Porcini mushroom cream
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a large pan until very hot. Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Cook over moderately high heat, turning once or twice, for about 3 minutes. Mix the cream and the tablespoon of Porcini Mushrooms Cream with the fillets turning them until they are cooked. Transfer the fillets to a large serving dish and keep warm. Spoon the mushroom sauce over the fillets and serve.
